1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Joby Caples Hat Studio website, booking our services, or participating in any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
Joby Caples Hat Studio is a hat customization and mobile hat bar experience based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our services include:
Hat Customization: Personalized hat design and embellishment services tailored to individual preferences.
Hat Bar Events: A mobile hat bar experience brought directly to your location, available for corporate events, private parties, and other gatherings.
Hat Sales: Hats and accessories available for purchase, primarily at in-person events.
3. Bookings & Event Services
Booking Process: All hat bar event bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our website. A booking is not considered confirmed until you have received written confirmation from Joby Caples Hat Studio.
Deposits & Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your event agreement. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance notice is given. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your event agreement.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space and setup area for the hat bar experience. Joby Caples Hat Studio is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by inadequate venue preparation.
4. Custom Hat Orders
Order Confirmation: All custom hat orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We will contact you to confirm details before proceeding.
Changes & Cancellations: Changes to custom orders must be requested as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Cancellations of custom orders may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Satisfaction: We strive to bring your vision to life. Please communicate your preferences clearly at the time of order. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our work, exact results may vary slightly from samples or previews.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom hats. In the event of a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work to make it right.
6. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for custom orders and events will be confirmed at the time of booking or order placement.
7. Collection & Use of Personal Information
We collect personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details) in order to:
Process bookings and orders
Communicate with you about your event or order
Send updates or promotional information (with your consent)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
